In 2016 the Northgate complex's newest addition was RAM Restaurant & Brewery, and Agile was brought back to complete the steel detailing for their purpose built facility. The construction featured the usual structural and miscellaneous steel, but also included some architecturally exposed radius canopies, as well as a skewed Y-column arrangement at the front entrance
